We are currently interviewing for motivated, energetic and committed customer service professionals in Montgomery, AL. This position pays up to $15 an hour.
CALL CENTER HOURS OF OPERATION
Monday – Friday 7:00 a.m. – 10:00 p.m.
Saturday & Sunday 10:00 a.m. – 4: 00 p.m.
This position supports a federal government call center. You must be a United States citizen and pass a background investigation in order to obtain a federal security clearance. YOU ALSO CANNOT HAVE ANY LATE OR DELINQUENT STUDENT LOANS OR FEDERAL DEBT.
You must be able to type 30 words per minute and have basic skills in Microsoft Word/Excel/Outlook.
There are two weeks of mandatory training you will have to attend if offered a position and you must attend every day.
Responsibilities on the job include:
- Answer and respond to inbound inquiries using various communication mediums
- Use scripted responses to calls and document calls
- Adhere to the established call center standard operating procedures
- Maintain an empathetic and courteous demeanor
- Adhere to work schedule to include start time, breaks and lunch and closing shift as scheduled
- Mandatory two weeks of training
